Sustainable Work

I’ve been writing here most mornings for a while now. I find getting it done first thing helps me feel like I’ve made some progress with the day right off the bat, and opens up my time after that.

It’s made me (once again) realise the importance of habits. Doing this for 30-40 minutes each day has already created a reasonable body of work.

Because it’s just a little bit each day, it doesn’t feel like a large amount of effort on my part, which makes it more sustainable.
