I feel I’ve lived a large portion of my life misunderstanding how important stories are to humans. We connect with each other though story and we are the stories we tell ourselves.
For these reasons, I feel like cultivating a storytelling practice is worth doing. I don’t know what that looks like for me just yet, but I will.
