Today is my birthday.
I’ve often said that I’m not much of a birthday person, that it’s “just another day”. There are a whole host of reasons I feel this way that are beyond the scope of this post.
But I’m realising more and more that tradition is important, and the idea of celebrating with someone on the day they were born is a beautiful thing.
