Organising Overwhelm

As I write this, I’m trying to reduce the feeling of overwhelm I’m experiencing by organising my life. The thing is, my life is already fairly well organised. So, there’s not much organising to do.

What I think I actually needed was a little pressure-free time on my own before I got on with my plans for the day. I find it very hard to give myself this time though, I’m not overly sure what “taking time for myself” looks like.

I wonder how common this is for people? Let me know if this sounds similar to your experience.
