I’m currently learning how to best mark the end of my work days. Because I’m working from home at the moment, it can be difficult to separate work and evening-chill-time. This can lead to me feeling quite overwhelmed, especially if I’m doing something social in the evening.

The other day, I followed along with a Yoga with Adriene video called Pause. Its contains more breathing exercises than it does movement, and it’s just over 15 minutes long.

I couldn’t believe the positive difference it made to my state of mind in that short space of time, I recommend to anyone feeling overwhelmed to sit down and take a small bit of time for yourself to do some breathing. This is the video if you’d like to give it a go.
