Reducing Availability

Making things less available to you, makes them less likely to happen.

If you have to go to the shop to buy that chocolate bar, you’re less likely to eat a chocolate bar.

If you place your alarm far enough away so you have to get out of bed to turn it off, you’re less likely to get back into bed.

As always with habits, make them as easy to complete as possible.
