Sisu

Sisu is a Finnish word (and way of being), that doesn’t translate into English. As a result it’s open to a fair bit of interpretation, this is mine:

Sisu – Carrying on trying even when you feel you’re at the end of your abilities, feeling like you couldn’t possibly do something, then doing it anyway.

We are quick to stop ourselves moving because of our stories, but it seems if we keep moving, we are capable of far more than we ever believed.
